Nomsa Nhlangulela is a director in our Corporate and Commercial Practice. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and general commercial law. Nomsa began her legal career at Werksmans Attorneys, where she served her articles in 2014 and was retained as an associate in the Corporate, Mergers, and Acquisitions department in 2016. She joined RAMS Attorneys as a senior associate in 2021, bringing her extensive expertise and leadership to our team.
