Thabang Shomang is a director in our Finance and Project Finance Practice. He specialises in finance, project finance, general commercial and corporate law, property law, public procurement, and energy law. Thabang began his legal career at Norton Rose Fulbright, serving his articles in 2005 and being retained as an associate in the Corporate, Mergers, and Acquisitions department. In 2010, he joined the Industrial Development Corporation, focusing on finance, property law, and project finance. Thabang further honed his expertise at the Independent Power Producer Office in 2016, specialising in energy, public procurement law, and public-private partnerships. He joined RAMS Attorneys as a director in 2019, where he continues to provide strategic leadership and legal insight.
