Tiyiselani is a consultant. He served his articles at Cheadle Thompson & Haysom Attorneys in 2016, and thereafter joined Mkhabela Huntley Attorneys in 2018 as an associate focusing in commercial disputes, corporate and commercial law, administrative law, public law & regulatory and in engineering and construction.

• Tiyiselani has acted for and advised stated owned entities, municipalities, and government agencies on public regulatory law including administrative law and public procurement law.
• He further has been involved in a wide array of commercial disputes which include disputes on corporate law, business rescue and insolvency as well as employment law.
• Tiyiselani has amassed experience in Engineering and construction law, where he acted for clients in relation to disputes and advised on a suite of engineering and construction agreements, including the NEC; FIDIC; JBCC; and PROCSA.
